Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking a Scheduling Manager to own the client schedule and staff every shift with the right caregiver. This on-site role requires calm leadership and sound decision-making in a fast-paced home care setting.

You will manage call-offs, open shifts and last-minute changes, monitor clock-ins for payroll, and support the evening scheduling team. A minimum of five years in healthcare scheduling, with home care experience, and proficiency with WellSky (ClearCare) are

• At least 5 years of healthcare scheduling experience, with home care preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software. WellSky (ClearCare) is a plus.
• Strong judgment and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

$50,000 to $55,000 per year
