Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator at our Riverway location in Buffalo. You’ll template provider schedules, assist with coverage planning, and be the first point of contact in the administrative office.

This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, kindness, and teamwork as you coordinate payroll with supervisors, arrange supplies, welcome visitors, and support the OBGYN scheduler and practice manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to read, write and speak English; Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Template provider schedules and support coverage planning for providers’ time off
• Coordinate provider payroll by working with provider supervisors to gather and submit information
• Coordinate administrative support needs, including ordering supplies, welcoming and assisting visitors, mail handling and organizing work areas
• Maintain office equipment and scheduling professional maintenance
• Support OBGYN coordinator with scheduling responsibilities and assist the practice manager with printing, posting, and removing flyers
