People Inc. is seeking a Medical Coordinator in Buffalo, NY to empower residents and support nursing staff. In this role, you will coordinate medical appointments, assist in delegated nursing care, and promote community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license that meets agency policy.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate referrals to community-based medical specialty providers.
• Assist with scheduling and attending appointments and procedures.
• Assist in delegated nursing care as directed by RN.
• Ensure sufficient stock of medications and maintain an organized medication room.
• Communicate with clinical staff for follow-up to medical appointments.
