Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license that meets agency policy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate referrals to community-based medical specialty providers.
- Assist with scheduling and attending appointments and procedures.
- Assist in delegated nursing care as directed by RN.
- Ensure sufficient stock of medications and maintain an organized medication room.
- Communicate with clinical staff for follow-up to medical appointments.
