Care IV Home Health in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Team Assistant to schedule field staff nurses and therapists, assign patients, and serve as the main scheduling contact. The role reports to the Fayetteville Clinical Director and operates in-office Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

The position is full-time with rotating, infrequent on-call duties. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of healthcare office experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of office experience in the healthcare industry.
• Previous staff scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills are critical to this position.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field staff nurses and therapists and assign them patients.
• Organize schedules by area, disciplines, times, and locations.
• Keep track of patient census and communicate staffing availability.
• Handle scheduling changes via calls, texts and emails and update the scheduling system.
