Job summary

Willows Post Acute in Willows, CA is hiring a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to organize nursing staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for resident care. You will create monthly, bi-weekly, and daily rosters in line with policy while complying with regulations and advancing smooth facility operations.

We seek a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and active CNA certification in California, willing to work beyond standard hours and with solid knowledge of long-term care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in the state.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts when necessary.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and adequate staffing for high-quality resident care.
• Support the nursing team and ensure smooth facility operations.
