• Obtain pre-certification and pre-authorizations.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures.
• Discuss patient instructions for procedures with patient.
• Calls patients to schedule procedures and provide follow-up instructions.
• Use Allscripts, Centricity Business, online paging systems.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Exhibit friendly and helpful behavior.
• Other duties as assigned.
