Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Schedule follow-up visits and tests for patients.
• Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures (e.g., interventional cardiology).
• Discuss instructions with patients to ensure understanding.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and send follow-up letters.
• Handle information from hospital systems with HIPAA compliance.
