Job summary

The Lakes at Litchfield, a Cascades Verdae community in Pawleys Island, SC, is seeking a Scheduler with administrative experience to create and maintain staffing schedules for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for degree.
• At least 1-year of scheduling/employee relations experience in healthcare preferred.
• Must have advanced knowledge of HIPPA.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains HIPAA standards and regards all medical or healthcare information pertaining to residents and employees as confidential.
• Performs administrative tasks as assigned by the Administrator.
• Manages overtime and coordinates scheduling with Department Heads/Supervisors.
• Maintains an organized system of scheduling all Care Services employees.
• Handles call outs and holes in the schedule by filling shifts promptly.
• Uses UKG to schedule, inform staff of openings and deliver reports to the Administrator.
• Tracks absences, tardiness and break utilization and reports to DON/Administrator.
