Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient care, ensuring visits match the plan of care.
• Support payroll and billing processes and maintain patient/caregiver records.
• Assign caregivers to cases to maximize continuity of care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to meet scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and scheduling changes in systems.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of caregivers and monitor compliance.
• Manage on-call rotations and related coverage tasks.
• Provide clerical support to Staffing Coordinator and oversee billing validation.
