Job summary

Canopy Works is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives through the full sales cycle. This remote role requires travel to customer sites and deep technical involvement in architecture, security, and integrations across healthcare environments.

You will manage technical discovery, respond to security questionnaires, and help position our connected safety platform as a fit for hospitals and health systems nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as sales engineer in healthcare, RTLS a strong plus.
• Background in IT, information security or CISOs collaboration.
• Experience with IoT devices and network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical conversations in enterprise deals.
• Conduct technical discovery and understand customer IT, security, and network environments.
• Respond to security questionnaires and RFPs with accurate, clear inputs.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for product/engineering.
• Support smooth handoff from sales to implementation and customer success.
