Job summary

Canopy is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as the technical voice for the sales team in enterprise healthcare deals. You will translate customer requirements into actionable input for product and engineering, supporting technical evaluations and site visits.

Leverage your experience in IT, information security, and RTLS to collaborate with CISOs and security teams, and help hospitals understand how Canopy's location intelligence platform fits their environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in healthcare or RTLS.
• Background in IT, information security, or working with CISOs.
• Experience with IoT deployments and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals, joining calls and site visits.
• Lead technical discovery covering network, IT, security, and related systems.
• Support architecture reviews and ensure evaluations move forward smoothly.
