Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth across two markets. You will build targeted lists, perform outbound prospecting, and qualify opportunities to drive qualified physician and practice conversations.

You will hand off to Market Business Development leaders and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating on outreach priorities. The role emphasizes relationship building with physicians and practice administrators, rigorous follow‑up, and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience preferred.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting and meeting generation.
• Comfortable communicating with physicians, practice admins, and healthcare executives.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM and Excel preferred; HIPAA privacy awareness

Responsibilities

• Use market analysis to build prioritized target lists of practices and groups.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify decision makers and schedule meetings.
• Articulate Bookmark Medical's value proposition clearly and accurately.
• Qualify prospects based on provider profile, needs, and timing.
• Perform background research and handoffs to Market Business Development leaders.
• Schedule discovery meetings and maintain qualification notes in the CRM.
• Nurture slower-moving prospects and keep pipeline data current.
• Collaborate with market leaders to refine segments and outreach priorities.
• Support conferences, events, and referrals while adhering to privacy and brand standards.
