Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in production-based or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and ROI compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach performance and build engagement.
• Comfort with dashboards, metrics, and workflow tools.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate frontline and global teams to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Assign work based on staffing, workflow needs, and queue aging.
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes and SOPs.
• Monitor dashboards and adjust workflows to meet TAT and OTD goals.
• Perform quality checks and retrain staff based on errors.
• Enforce privacy and compliance standards; raise risk as needed.
• Collaborate with Manager on staffing and performance improvement.
• Support new hire onboarding and training content maintenance.
