Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced professional to optimize physician practice revenue cycle processes, from scheduling and registration through to charges and reconciliation. You will analyze root causes, deliver actionable recommendations, and educate practice staff on improvements.

Partner with Pre-Access and other revenue cycle teams to deliver high-touch, consultative service. Requires 3–5 years in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and CRCR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess physician practice revenue cycle processes from intake to submission and reconciliation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Research issues independently to formulate solutions.
• Create educational content derived from root cause analysis for staff training.
• Collaborate with Pre-Access on acute issues and coordinate with other revenue cycle teams.
• Lead meetings professionally and build strong relationships with clients.
