Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in the Indianapolis area seeks a Practice Optimization Partner to help clinics maximize revenue cycle performance. You will assess processes from registration to reconciliation, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

The role requires 5–7 years’ experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and certifications such as CRCR, CSPPM or CSBI.

Qualifications

• Understanding of revenue cycle operations in physician practices.
• Ability to perform in-depth root-cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to prepare data visualizations and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess client revenue cycle processes from registration to reconciliations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Create educational content from analyses and train staff; lead meetings and projects.
• Travel to client sites as needed and foster collaborative relationships.
