Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight to revenue cycle functions ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develop processes for staffing, associate engagement and effective management engagement.
Develop and implement training programs for financial revenue cycle staff to achieve customer service outcomes.
Engage best practices to deliver successful outcomes.
Facilitate organizational consensus and manage stakeholder relationships.
Manage the development and deployment of patient-friendly programs and activities.
Integrate employee development and cross-training to align with business unit objectives.
