Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, FL seeks an experienced revenue cycle leader to oversee compliance and strategy across the revenue cycle. You will design staffing models, drive associate engagement, and implement patient-friendly processes aligned with our mission.

The role develops and delivers training for revenue cycle staff, builds stakeholder relationships, and champions cross-training to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in revenue cycle or related field.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Provides strategic oversight to the AHS PE revenue cycle functions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develops processes that consistently ensure effective staffing, strong associate engagement and appreciation, and appropriate systems for effective and supportive management engagement. Other duties as assigned.

Develops and implements training programs for all financial revenue cycle staff to achieve impressive customer service outcomes. Engages best practices to result in successful outcomes. Develops training programs for financial revenue cycle staff to achieve customer service outcomes. Facilitates organizational consensus and manages business relationships with stakeholders. Manages the development and deployment of patient-friendly programs and activities. Integrates employee development and cross-training to align with business unit objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of the physician practice revenue cycle.
• [Required] Minimum mid-level competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point

Education

Work Experience

• 10+ in a position related to revenue cycle subject matter [Required]
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare receivables, patient access management or related field [Preferred]
• Healthcare experience [Required]
• Leadership experience [Required]

An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's degree AND 10+ years of experience OR Associate AND 12+ years of experience

Pay Range

$147,867.20 - $275,038.40
