AdventHealth in Maitland, FL seeks an experienced revenue cycle leader to oversee compliance and strategy across the revenue cycle. You will design staffing models, drive associate engagement, and implement patient-friendly processes aligned with our mission.

The role develops and delivers training for revenue cycle staff, builds stakeholder relationships, and champions cross-training to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
10+ years in revenue cycle or related field.
Healthcare experience required.
Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight to revenue cycle functions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develop staffing processes and foster associate engagement.
Develop and deploy training programs for revenue cycle staff.
Manage stakeholder relationships and patient-friendly programs.
Lead cross-training aligned with business unit objectives.
