AdventHealth seeks a Divisional Revenue Cycle Officer to lead the Multi-state Division’s revenue cycle strategy and financial performance. You will align front, middle, and back-end operations with enterprise goals and drive reimbursements and process improvements across the division.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle, you will collaborate with CFOs and senior leaders, manage change, mentor teams, and advance standard practices and governance across a large matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum eight+ years leading Hospital finance or Revenue Cycle.
• HFMA membership or CHFP certifications preferred; Epic EMR certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead division Revenue Cycle strategy across front, middle, and back-end teams.
• Collaborate with regional/corporate leadership to align goals and KPI targets.
• Drive process improvements to optimize revenue and reduce denials.
• Communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to executives.
• Champion change management and governance across a large matrix organization.
