Job summary

Main Line Health seeks a Revenue Analyst in Newtown Square, PA. This hybrid, full-time role supports physician practices and hospitals by turning complex financial data into insights to optimize reimbursement and reduce AR lag.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare billing or AR, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 coding. EPIC experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience using automated patient accounting systems (EPIC Resolute preferred).
• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or IT systems with strong knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
• Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes.
• Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle performance and transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends to drive improvements in efficiency and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership and practice teams to support financial health.
