• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections, and denials for timely payments.
• Lead hospital invoicing process including routine maintenance and financial reporting.
• Define billing codes in databases and systems.
• Assist with accuracy of billing information in laboratory information systems and documents.
• Generate weekly KPI reports for leadership and organizational monitoring.
• Generate reports to monitor outstanding client AR.
