Job summary

Main Line Health in Newtown Square, PA, is seeking a Revenue Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights within a hybrid work model. You will monitor performance indicators, support leaders, and help optimize reimbursement across physician practices and acute hospitals.

The role requires 3-5 years of healthcare billing or AR experience, strong Excel and data analytics skills, and familiarity with EPIC Resolute. A strong team player with solid communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience utilizing automated patient accounting systems (EPIC Resolute preferred).
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or IT systems with knowledge of medical billing and coding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
  • Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts and billing regulations; medical terminology preferred.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Schedule

Location: Newtown Square, PA (Hybrid -Must Be Local to MLH Footprint)

Compensation: $65,520.00 - $101,504.00

What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience utilizing automated patient accounting systems (EPIC Resolute preferred)
  • Experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, or IT systems combined with strong foundational knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
  • Microsoft Office applications experience, including reporting and advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes required.
  • Strong written/oral communications and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills required.
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
Education:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma level of education required.
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, not required.
Preferred Licensures/Certifications:
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
  • American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM)
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
  • Healthcare Financial Management Association desirable
  • Strong preference for EPIC experience!
