Job summary

Qualifications

• Accounts receivable follow-up experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC AR follow-up and payer communications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• CCAT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on accounts receivable for designated payers to expedite payments.
• Resolve rejected or unpaid claims using EPIC AR and payer portals.
• Identify trends in third-party rejections and report to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics set by PBO leadership.
• Document actions, balances, and next steps in EPIC with accuracy.
• Provide required documentation to third-party payers timely and professionally.
• Maintain EPIC and CPUP/EPIC physician billing system knowledge.
