Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• Five years of billing experience, preferably in healthcare; prior management experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills are a must (Excel).
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an EHR collections-specific role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PC software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day workflow of billing and review invoices for accuracy.
• Provide A/R support by monitoring outstanding balances and resolving payment issues.
• Perform analytical and reconciliation for all funders.
