Job summary

Highmark Inc. offers the Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship to provide hands-on experience in data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis within the PPRO team.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, MIS, Healthcare Administration, Computer Information Technology, or a related business or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reimbursement operations.
• Conduct data research and analysis.
• Assist with reporting and documentation activities.
• Map and evaluate business processes.
• Support technical and process documentation efforts.
• Participate in projects and initiatives.
• Provide recommendations that support operational and strategic objectives.
