Job summary

Highmark Inc. offers the Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship to gain hands-on experience supporting data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis within the PPRO team.

The intern will help design, develop, maintain, and document master data infrastructure while collaborating with subject matter experts and leaders to ensure reliable reimbursement data flow across systems.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university bachelor's program.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. independently; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, MIS, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services related to daily operating objectives.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
