Highmark Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship in the United States.

The role supports data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis within the PPRO team, with mentoring and hands-on exposure to master data management and healthcare analytics. As an intern you will help design, develop, maintain, and document master data infrastructure, perform data research, mapping, and reporting, and participate in projects to improve operational

Qualifications

Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, MIS or related field.
Ability to analyze data, document processes, and support reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day reimbursement operations and data analysis tasks.
Assist with reporting, data research, and documentation activities.
Map and evaluate business processes; contribute to project work and process improvements.
Collaborate with SMEs, data professionals, and leaders on initiatives.
Provide recommendations to support operational and strategic objectives.
Participate in cross-functional projects to develop professional skills.
Perform related duties as assigned.
