Highmark Inc. offers a Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship to gain hands-on experience in data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis within the PPRO team.

Interns will work with data professionals and business leaders to ensure accurate reimbursement data flow across systems. The program emphasizes hands-on training in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, developing analytical, technical, and communication skills for healthcare operations

Competenze

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, MIS, Healthcare Administration, Computer Information Technology, or a related business or technical discipline.

• Supporting day-to-day reimbursement operations, conducting data research and analysis, assisting with reporting and documentation activities.
• Mapping and evaluating business processes, supporting technical and process documentation efforts, participating in projects and initiatives.
