Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a driven Healthcare Business Development professional who will manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to grow post-acute referrals and educate stakeholders on Enhabit services.

The role emphasizes navigation of care transitions, adherence to Medicare and state regulations, and collaboration with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or clinical degree; equivalent work experience considered.
• At least two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred experience in home health or hospice services.
• Experience with referral sources and relationships with physicians/hospitals is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources—physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other organizations.
• Promote awareness and education of Enhabit services to referral sources, patients and families to drive post-acute referrals.
• Support care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction with referral partners.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.
