Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing or related field; or graduate of nursing/therapy/social work.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local laws for Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living).
• Educates referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referral growth.
• Supports post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Promotes high-quality care and strong patient/referral source relationships.
