Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a skilled business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals and senior living communities in Florida. You will educate referral sources about services, support program adoption and help navigate post-acute transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or clinical credential, 2+ years in healthcare business development, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in healthcare administration, marketing or related field, or nursing/therapy/social work degree.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Understanding of Medicare home health and hospice regulations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources.
• Promote awareness of services and program requirements to support referrals.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
