Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated business development professional in Florida to strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities and other referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit services, program requirements, and care transition processes to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires two years in healthcare business development or related fields, strong communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field, or qualified nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare home health and hospice regulations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• In-office attendance required (except remote roles).
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with referral sources and care partners.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support referral growth and navigate post-acute transitions to improve outcomes.
• Promote quality patient and referral source satisfaction.
