University of Washington Medical Center is seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to support a large recruiting team across UW Medicine, Harborview Medical Center and UW Medical Center.

You will open job requisitions, manage candidate relationships, verify credentials, schedule interviews, and generate offer letters, while delivering superior service to applicants and internal clients.

Qualifications

• Two years of office/clerical experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.
• Licensure, certification, and/or registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reference checks for final candidates.
• Update candidate records and postings in Workday HR/Payroll system.
• Coordinate new hire pre-boarding, including background checks and credential verifications.
• Respond to inquiries regarding employment opportunities and policy information.
• Generate recruitment metric reports for leadership and teams.
• Schedule interviews and manage calendars for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding communications.
