Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business, or related field.
• Minimum two years of recruiting or HR experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, compliance, and service.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and independence.
• Experience with diverse populations and customer service.
