Qualifications

• Two years of office/clerical experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reference checks for final candidates.
• Update ATS and HRIS; create positions in Workday.
• Coordinate new hire pre-boarding; perform background checks and verifications.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries about employment.
• Collaborate with recruiters to support staffing and pipeline development.
• Review applications; conduct phone screens to assess requirements.
• Schedule interviews and travel arrangements for candidates; manage calendars.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Generate recruitment metric reports and track activities; participate in process improvements.
