Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes and interviews candidates (phone or in person).
• Administers assessments and reference/background checks; makes hire recommendations and offers.
• Develops and executes candidate sourcing via fairs, events, social media, and networks.
• Maintains relationships with internal/external clients to meet staffing goals.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and affirmative action plans.
