AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition partner to develop staffing plans, assess candidates, and manage offers. You will work with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment for new and expanding programs in a healthcare setting.

The role requires 1+ year of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, and strong MS Office skills; healthcare or RPO background is a plus. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 1+ recruiting/human resources experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• RPO experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs based on attrition, plans, and retirements.
• Creates strategies to acquire talent and staff openings on time.
• Assesses candidates via behavioral interviews, resumes, credentials and assessments.
• Ensures behavioral assessments reflect quality hires for AdventHealth competencies.
• Prepares and extends offers, sign-on bonuses, and relocation agreements.
• Maintains knowledge of benefits and company policies for candidate inquiries.
• Keeps accurate candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
