AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition partner to develop staffing plans, assess candidates, and manage offers. You will work with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment for new and expanding programs in a healthcare setting.

Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility‑specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
Prepares and extends job offers, sign‑on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's [Required]

Bachelor's or equivalent years of experience [Required]
1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]
Healthcare experience [Preferred]

An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
