Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for clinical and allied healthcare roles in a primarily remote capacity with occasional onsite requirements in the Orlando area. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach through hire.

• Ability to attend occasional onsite events in the Orlando area (approximately 1-2 times per month).

One of our healthcare clients in Central Florida is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional onsite requirements throughout the Orlando area.

Position Overview

The Healthcare Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and allied health positions across the organization. This individual will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and help drive a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through hire.

While this is not a sales role, we are seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and eager to grow their career in recruiting and talent acquisition.
