Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers in Garland, TX is seeking a Recruiter / Scheduling Coordinator to lead our caregiver recruitment, CNA and Home Health Aide hires, and to coordinate weekly schedules. You will collaborate with the administration to ensure shifts are covered and candidate pipelines stay strong.

You will design local recruiting plans, source candidates, conduct prescreenings and interviews, and manage ad placements and onboarding processes while building relationships with community colleges

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR or recruiting experience required.
• Healthcare recruiting background preferred.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting plans and tactics.
• Source candidates using online tools and networks.
• Schedule caregiver interviews and manage interview process.
• Conduct prescreening and interviews; complete background checks.
• Maintain caregiver and client schedules and recruit budgets.
• Track and report metrics and candidate pipelines.
