Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Northeast Garland is seeking a Recruiter / Scheduling Coordinator to lead our recruitment efforts for caregivers, CNAs, and HHA staff. You will develop local recruiting plans, source candidates, and manage weekly caregiver/client schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

You will prescreen, interview, and coordinate background checks while building relationships with schools and community organizations.

Qualifications

• One to two years of HR or recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting preferred.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing to travel for recruitment events and maintain flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans across online and print channels.
• Source candidates and manage caregiver/cna/home health aide recruitment.
• Schedule interviews and manage caregiver/client weekly schedules.
• Attend industry events and manage ad placements and budgets.
• Prescreen, interview, background checks, and onboarding.
