Job description

The Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) is responsible for ensuring recruiting success across the organization. This includes developing local and national recruiting plans, utilizing traditional sourcing strategies, and creating innovative recruiting ideas.

This position will recruit for our Home Health agencies in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Responsibilities

• Notify hiring managers of recruitment efforts, process, and status.
• Develop and implement company-wide recruitment plans.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies, local managers, and candidates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly employment activity reports.
• Use recruitment tools to quickly fill positions with qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Deliver presentations to promote the company.
• Build a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience in staffing roles matching the job requirements.
• Good understanding of the healthcare industry, the company, and its competitors.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including pre-closing candidates.
• Extensive experience in recruiting, HR, and legal compliance issues.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
