Summary

The Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This includes developing local and national recruiting plans, utilizing traditional sourcing strategies, and developing innovative recruiting ideas.

This position will recruit for our Home Health agencies in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Responsibilities
  1. Notify the hiring manager of recruitment efforts, process, and status.
  2. Develop and deploy company-wide recruitment plans.
  3. Act as a liaison with third-party agencies, local managers, and potential candidates.
  4. Provide weekly and monthly reports on employment activity.
  5. Use recruitment tools to fill assignment orders quickly with qualified candidates.
  6. Interview candidates to assess their technical qualifications.
  7. Implement creative sourcing strategies.
  8. Deliver presentations to increase awareness of the company.
  9. Build a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.
  10. Perform other projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience in staffing roles that match the job requirements.
  4. Good understanding of the healthcare industry, the company, and competitors.
  5. Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including pre-closing candidates.
  6. Extensive experience in recruiting, HR, and legal compliance issues.
  7. Exceptional communication skills.
  8. Strong understanding of employment law.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills.
