Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, behavioral interviews, offers, onboarding, and leveraging Workday ATS to drive efficiency and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Healthcare recruitment experience in lieu of degree, required
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Technical understanding of Workday ATS, preferred
• Experience with sourcing hard-to-fill positions
• Ability to work in a continuously changing field that requires constant flexibility

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across administrative, clinical, technical, and leadership functions
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
• Candidate Experience & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, present qualified candidates with clarity
• Offer Management & Negotiation: Collaborate to develop equitable offers and manage negotiations
• Administrative Excellence: Use Workday to advance candidates and ensure compliance
• Collaboration & Partnership: Build relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners and provide market data
