FlexCare is seeking an in-office Healthcare Recruiter in Roseville, CA. You will recruit travel nurses and allied health pros by phone, match them with nationwide assignments, and grow your own book of business with commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily.
• Present and explain compensation packages and terms.
• Close placements and build your own clinician book.
• Match clinicians with assignments based on goals and skills.
• Partner with Account Managers to target facilities and high-paying roles.
• Maintain accurate activity in the CRM.
