FlexCare, a nationwide healthcare staffing leader, seeks a Healthcare Recruiter for our Charlotte, NC office. The role offers uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, with base pay of $20/hour and a transparent pay plan.

You will recruit travel nurses and allied health professionals, building your own book of clinicians across the country. Your responsibilities include high-volume outreach, presenting compensation packages, guiding clinicians through pre-employment steps, and managing

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales or quota-based experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor's degree (no prior sales experience required).
• Experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, or another revenue-generating role is preferred.

Mansioni

• Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage clinicians.
• Present and sell compensation packages, explain pay rates, benefits, and terms.
• Close placements and gain commitment from clinicians.
• Manage your own book of clinicians as their single point of contact from first conversation to assignment completion.
• Assess clinicians' skills, goals, and preferences and match with opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to target facilities, in-demand specialties, and high-paying assignments.
• Meet or exceed daily activity metrics and monthly/quarterly goals.
• Guide clinicians through pre-employment processes, including resume prep and background checks.
• Track compliance documentation and licenses.
• Support clinicians while on assignment and resolve issues.
• Document all activity in CRM and be available before/after standard hours.
