Rooted Talent Solutions is seeking a remote Healthcare Recruiter contractor to identify, qualify, and submit healthcare candidates across the U.S. You will earn commissions starting at $500 per successful placement with additional incentives based on role type and volume.

As part of a fully remote team, you’ll manage candidate screening, communicate job requirements clearly, and collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly placement goals while staying organized in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with remote work and self-management
• Tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work
• Must have a computer, internet access, and a quiet work environment

Responsabilités

• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Review applications and conduct candidate screenings
• Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates
• Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client review
• Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Stay organized and track activity in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly placement goals
