Rooted Talent Solutions is seeking an independent Healthcare Recruiter to join our fully remote team. This commission-based role starts at $1,800 per successful placement, with potential for higher earnings based on role type and volume. You will source, qualify, and submit candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions, conducting screenings and communicating requirements clearly.

You must reside in the U.S. with a quiet, productive workspace and be comfortable with self-management.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with remote work and self-management.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Review applications and conduct candidate screenings
• Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates
• Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client review
• Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Stay organized and track activity in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly placement goals
