FlexCare is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for our Roseville, CA office. You will recruit travel nurses and allied health professionals nationwide, building a book of business with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, goal attainment, and structured coaching.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience in sales or service roles with quotas or commissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage clinicians.
Present and explain compensation packages, terms, and benefits.
Build and manage a book of clinicians from first contact to placement completion.
Meet or exceed daily activity metrics and placement targets.
Guide clinicians through pre-employment steps and maintain accurate CRM records.
