Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support full-cycle hiring across our California clinics. You will schedule interviews, screen resumes, manage the ATS, and coordinate onboarding, while representing our mission-driven team at events.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or staffing.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Review resumes and assist with candidate pre-screening
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding next steps
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Assist with offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed
• Provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting team
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach events
• Represent the company professionally at recruiting events
• Assist in setting up recruiting booths and materials
• Collect candidate information and conduct initial screenings on-site
• Coordinate event logistics and recruiting strategies with the Recruiting Manager
• Support follow-up communication with event leads
